1st day : opening session, presentation of the DILABS project, of Portuguese educational system for adults, vocational training, presentation of the National Agency on the Erasmus+ Programme.

2nd day : visit of a company (supermarket with a kitchen) to learn to know how training centers collaborate with professional sectors (on the topic of cooking activities), and to better match competences with the needs of the labour market ; experimentation of tools on "raising awareness" in the field of key competences with Moodle

3rd day : seminar on the professional educational system, group work on the activities of the training center (VNFIL, Portuguese as a second language, e-portforlio, ICT, customized support for trainers, ...)

4th day : visit of a class of cooking, interview with the Chief (trainer) ; preparation of the report of the group work ; workshop on the Web 2.0

5th day : presentation of group work reports, joint-reflexion and discussions on the different systems ; evaluation (self-assessment of the lessons learnt, and of the event) ; closing session ; historical and socio economic context of the region
